3. Electrical Installation and Usage

โ€ข
The Exhibition Secretariat provides 1kW of electricity free of charge per booth for shell scheme and premium booths. However, if additional power is needed for exhibits or equipment, please apply through the "Utility Services Application" on the Cybercoex Website.
โ€ข
Independent booths are not provided with basic power; the minimum electricity request is 1kW per booth. Separate applications are required for electricity used during the setup period.
โ€ข
The power supply within the exhibition hall is as specified below, so if 110V is needed, please prepare a step-down transformer.

Electrical Installation Guidelines

โ€ข
For shell schemes and premium booths, electrical work is handled by a contractor designated by the organizer. However, independent booths must select a designated electrical contractor for their internal electrical work. For safety reasons, all electrical work must be carried out exclusively through the official electrical contractor, regardless of its nature.
โ€ข
If sensitive equipment is displayed, exhibitors must install their own safety devices. Power to booths is cut off 30 minutes after the exhibition closes each day. If 24-hour power is required, please apply with the Exhibition Secretariat in advance.
โ€ข
Using multi-plug adapters on power sockets can cause overloads, potentially leading to fires
โ€ข
Exhibitors should apply for the required electricity capacity, including lighting and power. If the requested capacity proves to be insufficient during setup or the exhibition period, the exhibitor must apply for additional capacity. This is to prevent accidents and maintain safety; any damage to other exhibitors due to overload-related fires or blackouts will require compensation from the responsible exhibitor to the Exhibition Secretariat, COEX, or affected parties.

4. LAN Installation

โ€ข
LAN installation provides a designated internet line within the exhibitor booth, with an assigned IP address. Exhibitors requiring internet access should apply through the Utility Services Application on the Cybercoex Website by May 18 (Sun).
โ€ข
Wireless LANs and routers are prohibited within the exhibition hall.

5. Water Supply and Compressed Air

โ€ข
Water supply, drainage, and compressed air for machinery operation are available.
โ€ข
Exhibitors requiring water supply/drainage or compressed air should apply through the Utility Services Application on the Cybercoex Website by May 18 (Sun). (Water Supply/Drainage: 250 USD, on-site rate: 300 USD / Compressed Air: 250 USD, on-site rate: 300 USD)
โ€ข
Compressed air will be supplied 30 minutes before the exhibition begins and shut off 30 minutes after it ends. For safety reasons, exhibitors should turn off water and compressed air valves after exhibition hours.
โ€ข
If equipment under testing is at risk of damage due to water shut-off, low water pressure, or air pressure reduction, exhibitors must install protective devices at their own expense. The Exhibition Secretariat bears no responsibility for such incidents.
