4. Detailed Guide for Application Forms

This page provides detailed information on the items and procedures for exhibition application forms. Each exhibition-related procedure is explained step-by-step, from supplementary facility applications to badge issuance, booth setup, hazardous materials management, and more. Important dates and keynotes are highlighted for each section, so please review them carefully!

1. Application Form for Supplementary Facilities Usage

You may select and apply for items needed during the exhibition, including electricity, telephone, wired LAN, water supply & drainage, and compressed air. For telephone services, no additional costs will be charged beyond the application fee. For electricity, if you need a specific outlet location within your booth, please mark the desired location and submit it to the Secretariat in advance for proper installation (if not requested, it will be installed in a default location).
Electricity of 1kW is provided for Shell Scheme and Premium Booth applicants, suitable for basic devices like laptops and phone chargers. If you plan to use electrical products, exhibit equipment, or other devices requiring additional electricity (such as TV monitors), you must apply for additional electricity. Note that all supplementary facilities are provided based on exhibition usage duration.
※ For Space-Only Booths, no base electricity is provided, so you must apply for the required electricity.
※ If you need electricity during the setup period for testing products or booth installation, please apply for the necessary power capacity as “Installation Electricity”.

2. Application for Status Board and Company Sign Name (~ May 18, 2025)

We require the exact company name that will be displayed on official fixtures and printed materials, such as the status board (installed at the exhibition entrance) and booth sign. Company names will be displayed both in Korean and English, with no option to change the font style.
This is a mandatory requirement for all companies with Shell Scheme and Space-Only Booths.
If no application is submitted, the company name from the exhibition application (contract) form will be used.

3. Application for Exhibitor Badges (~May 18, 2025)

The Secretariat will issue exhibitor badges to ensure smooth exhibition operations. Only those with exhibitor badges will have access to the exhibition hall during the event. Entry during preparation hours (08:00-10:00) is also limited to individuals with exhibitor badges. Therefore, please make sure to apply for badges for all staff who will be stationed at your booth to avoid any inconveniences during the exhibition.
Please only include personnel who will be present at the booth.
※ Badges will be available for collection from 13:00 on June 2 (Mon) until the exhibition opening day at the registration desk after verifying identification (company name and business card). A single representative may collect all badges on behalf of the team.
(Busy hours: June 2 (Mon) 13:00-16:00, June 3 (Sun) 09:00-11:00)

4. Space-Only Booth Construction Declaration

All space-only booth applicants must submit their booth construction contractor details to the Secretariat under professional exhibition regulations (construction company, electrical contractor details).
Only contractors registered as Coex partners are permitted for booth construction (refer to Section 4: List of Partner Companies).
If self-construction is planned, prior notice and approval from the Secretariat are required
If a space-only booth applicant opts not to use a Coex-registered contractor and plans to handle construction independently, notification to the Secretariat is mandatory.
For self-construction, applicants must receive guidance on the required documents (Self-Construction Agreement, Self-Construction Declaration, Business Registration, blueprints, and booth images) and the self-construction approval process from the Secretariat.
Space-only construction is only permitted upon submission and approval of these documents. Failure to follow these procedures will result in ineligibility to participate in the exhibition

5. Registration of Exhibitor Profile

The information will be used for pre-exhibition promotion, including publishing the exhibitor list on the website, creating the online exhibitor directory, and producing newsletters.
If you do not register your exhibitor profile, your company will not appear on the exhibitor list, so please ensure to complete your profile registration.
Profile Upload Instructions: details to be provided via email

6. Hazardous Materials Entry Declaration Form

If you plan to bring hazardous equipment or materials, such as gas, oil, or heating devices, into the exhibition hall, please complete and submit this form to the Secretariat. In certain cases, hazardous materials may not be permitted, and if allowed, additional safety measures, such as deploying safety personnel, may be required. Please keep this in mind.
All battery cells and secondary batteries among exhibits are considered hazardous materials and must be declared.

7. Heavy Item Entry Declaration Form

The Coex exhibition hall has a load limit of 1.5 tons per square meter. Please provide detailed information on exhibit items exceeding 1.5 tons, regardless of unit area.
Heavy Item Entry Restrictions
Entry of trucks over 5 tons into the exhibition hall is restricted (vehicles transporting wood for booth setup, lightweight truss structures, and dismantling vehicles are permitted).
Forklifts and cranes over 5 tons are restricted from entry.
Large buses are not permitted entry.
For exhibits weighing over 5 tons, specifications must be submitted at least one month in advance.
※ For any special cases regarding these restrictions, please consult with the hall manager in advance.
The Secretariat will review the submitted hazardous and heavy items and inform exhibitors of their eligibility for exhibition.

8. Bonded Exhibit Declaration Form

Bonded exhibits are items brought into the exhibition hall under simplified customs procedures without formal import clearance. After the exhibition, these items must either be re-exported overseas or undergo formal import clearance if there is a buyer.
The Secretariat will establish a bonded area within the exhibition hall for exhibitors with bonded items until the end of the exhibition. Exhibitors with bonded exhibits must provide detailed information on these items to the Secretariat.

9. Single Sponsorship Application

In addition to booth participation, you may apply for various single sponsorships, including event promotions, online advertising, on-site exhibition advertising, and DID ads. (Details to be provided in March)
